Park Rules
Knight Stainforth Is a Family orientated Park, As such we ask that noise on the park be kept to a minimum at all times, but especially between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am.
Please drive carefully and adhere to the parks 5mph speed limit.
All vehicles on park must be insured and have a valid MOT certificate if applicable.
Motorised scooters/bikes (except Disability aids) are not permitted on park.
Open fires/campfires/ fire pits/ chimeneas are not permitted on park.
All barbecues must be raised off the ground, and ashes allowed to cool before disposal.
Generators are not permitted.
Please use the correct disposal method for your rubbish, General waste bins and recycling bins(Paper/card, Glass/plastic, Tins and Cans) are provided at various points around the park.
Day visitors for guests on park are permitted with prior arrangement.
Parents/Guardians are asked to make sure their children behave themselves and are appropriately supervised at all times.
The play area is for the use of children aged 12 and under. It is not supervised and it’s the parents/guardians responsibility to supervise their own children and ensure they do not injure themselves or others. Please do not use the play area between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am
Please do not play ball games near tents/caravans.
Dogs are permitted on park, but must be kept on a lead/tether at all times, and any mess cleared up by the owner.
Unreasonable or threatening behaviour towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
Any guest who is found to be breaking the rules or causing a nuisance may be asked to leave the park.
Terms and Conditions
Booking
We only accept bookings from people over 21 years of age (Except School/ Duke of Edinburgh participants)
Maximum pitch occupancy of 2 couples or 1 family (i.e. 2 parents and their children) and 2 vehicles per pitch.
We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied people under 21 years of age (except like stated above), single sex groups or group bookings (maximum of 2 pitches per booking).
Minimum charge of 3 night stay over all Bank holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking, or admission to the park, regardless of whether a booking has been made.
Although we try our best, specific pitches cannot always be guaranteed, this also includes adjacent pitches for pairs.
A £20 deposit per pitch is required to confirm your booking.
Advanced bookings will incur a £2.50 non-refundable or transferable administration fee.
Balance of Payment is required 14 days prior to day of arrival,
All monies paid are non-refundable/transferable within 14 days of the arrival date.(for this reason we recommend you take out Holiday insurance).
If you have not checked-in within 24 hours of your arrival time (I.e. 1:00pm on your arrival day) and we have not heard from you we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let your pitch.
If after you check-in you decided to cut your holiday short for any reason, and leave before your departure date, no monies will be refunded.(for this reason we recommend you take out Holiday insurance).
We would only cancel your holiday if your pitch was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In such circumstances we would refund any payment made to ourselves, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Check-in is available from 1:00pm on the day of arrival, with last arrivals at 10:00pm, unless prior arrangement with the park. A £10 refundable deposit is required for the entrance barrier fob and toilet block key.
All pitches must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure, unless prior arrangement with the park.
It is your responsibility to keep your possessions safe and secure whilst staying on park.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you, any member of your party, your vehicles or possessions, unless proved to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, employees or contractors whilst acting on the course of employment.
Privacy Details
Whether you book online or by telephone we will only ask you for the information we need to complete your booking, to email/post you your booking confirmation, and to email/post you any reminders associated with your booking. This will usually be your name, home address, email address & contact phone number.
All our bookings are processed through our Campmanager booking system who will hold your details on their systems so that any subsequent bookings you make with us will be quicker and more efficient to make. Campmanager may pass your details to their sister company Campstead for the sole purpose of emailing you a customer satisfaction survey after your stay at Knight Stainforth Hall. Other than what has been stated above Knight Stainforth Hall Caravan Park does not use mailing lists, nor will we ever pass your details to any third parties.
All card payments for online bookings are processed through SagePay, with all telephone bookings and face to face payments being processed through Barclaycard Payment Solutions. Neither Knight Stainforth Hall Caravan Park or the Campmanager booking system hold any of your card processing data.
